Michaela and two friends from school put together a display for the school history fair. They did a great job on portraying the greatest escapes over the Berlin wall, so great that they won the school fair, won the district fair, took second place at the region fair which then qualified them for the State History Fair at SLCC. They had a lot of fun missing school for these fairs and didn't feel too badly about not placing at state since their competition went all the way to 12th graders (the 12th graders took 1st, 2nd, and 3rd). Yeah Michaela! Grace gave her a victory kiss after the school fair.
Kids at Michaela's school should know that if that want to win something (especially something that involves a display of any kind) that they want to be on Michaela's team! That's great!
